$375m price tag revealed on Nestlé deal

The OIO has given approval for Nestlé NZ to buy The Better Health Company.

Egmont Honey has beekeeping operations for its mānuka honey.

The Overseas Investment Office has revealed today the price Nestlé New Zealand has paid to buy Auckland supplement firm The Better Health Company was $375 million.

The OIO has given approval for the deal, announced in June this year, saying the applicant had satisfied the investor test.
