Grocery Commissioner to be in place by first half 2023

Legislation is expected to be passed this year and a “thorough search” conducted to find the country’s first Grocery Commissioner, who will act as an independent referee charged with ensuring supermarkets treat their suppliers fairly and operate competitively.
