PwC Australia cuts staff, loses Westpac auditing contract

The firm follows KPMG and Deloitte in announcing redundancies in Australia.

PwC Australia is continuing to experience the fallout from the recent Government leaks scandal with the firm announcing cuts in its Australian workforce the same day as it lost its longstanding auditing role with major bank Westpac.

More than 4%, or 338 full time roles, will be cut from PwC
