ASIC sues PayPal for retaining wrongful fees

PayPal 'escapes the consequences' of its errors, says Australian regulator.

If customers don't detect the fee errors in 60 days, the money goes to PayPal.

Corporate regulator Australian Securities and Investments Commission has continued its action against financial services companies and is suing PayPal over its contracts with small business.
