The Reserve Bank governor gave a speech recently at the Pullman. Thankfully I wasn’t there to endure it but the transcript was brought to my attention.

Capitalism is necessary, declared Mr Orr, but it is not perfect. Markets can and do fail, he told the Financial Services Council.
