Buddle Findlay appoints Shaun Brookes as partner
Shaun Brookes has experience working across a diverse range of industries, including public sector, local government, private businesses, and charities.
Shaun Brookes became a partner in the Christchurch Litigation team, commencing July 1, 2025. He specialises in employment law, industrial relations, human rights, privacy, and health and safety, as well as dispute resolution and regulatory enforcement.
Brookes has experience working across a diverse range of industries, including public sector, local government, private businesses, and charities.
He regularly appears in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
Brookes is also an Association of Workplace Investigators certificate holder and can investigate matters such as bullying, harassment, employee theft, breaches of health and safety, and other issues.
